I scrapped yesterday with Jessica Alger's latest kit, Feelin' Lucky. I made 2 pages straight in 2 hours, lol. Here's the kit:
It's poker-themed, but I find it VERY versatile! Look at how it can be used:
Black paper, red frame, green buttons and heart stamp from Feelin' Lucky (link to kit above).
Yellow dotted border from my freebie (see previous post).
Yellow dotted border from my freebie (see previous post).
Soft yellow paper from Snow Baby.
Yellowish green lined paper from Enamored.
Everything else is from Feelin' Lucky (link to kit above).
And I made a page today with my designs:
You might notice that the pink paper is from my previous freebie, but the color has been toned down. Everything else will be given away as freebies in the future. Hehe. Guess what I have for you in my stash? LOL. Anyway, I don't really like how the page turned out but I really don't have time to redo it. I might redo it when I have the time. I scrapped with my designs because it gives me satisfaction :D
So here's an embellished frame for you, exactly the same one that I used in my page:
You can download it by clicking on the preview. Oh, the blue paper is not included, LOL!
Anyway, if you have some time, do stop by at my assignment blog, hehe... I need some help and feedback on the topic that I'm doing research on. It's for my Design Research assignment. It's very tough for me. Lots of reading and critical thinking. The last time I did something like that was in high school for debate and my study. Since I started doing Arts, I didn't read much. I need to change that. I want to be a responsible and an informed designer. I must start reading more books or articles.
I hope you enjoy the frame and happy scrapping! Thanks for stopping by :D
